We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition

To maintain our boutique standards, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • In the original brand packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Important: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us at info@babagoat.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care: Beauty products or intimate apparel.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure a different size or style is to return your current item and, once the return is processed, place a new order through the store.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all original condition requirements listed above.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction.
